Do you treat clients of all ages?We work with patients ages 14 and up.

Do you prescribe medication?Yes, our focus is on medication management, and Noel Hamilton is licensed to prescribe both controlled and non-controlled psychiatric medications in the state of Florida.

Do you offer Suboxone treatment?Yes, Noel is licensed to provide Suboxone treatment. You may pay with insurance or out of pocket.

Do you offer telehealth visits, or only in-person?Noel Hamilton offers both in-person and telehealth appointments.

Do you offer consultations?If you are interested in a 15 minute consultation to see if our practice is the right fit for your treatment needs, give us a call or text at (813) 321-4386. Please leave a voicemail with your information if we are unable to come to the phone and we will follow up.

Will my insurance cover visits with your practice?Please see our accepted insurance list to see if your insurance is accepted by our billing partners. We cannot confirm any copay or deductible information, so we recommend reaching out to your insurance company for a comprehensive understanding of your insurance plan and benefits.

I do not have insurance. Can I pay out of pocket?Yes, we accept patients paying out of pocket. Below are our out-of-pocket rates. Initial Intake: $200 Follow Up: $100 Suboxone Intake: $100 Suboxone Follow Up: $100
